Silver/Copper Day of the Dead Earrings
These whimsical unique Day of the Dead earrings are sure to attract attention when worn. The “Day of the Dead” originated from the cartoons of Jose Guadalupe Posada and were intended for political satire. Over time, the skeletons became associated with the “Day of the Dead” and remembrance of ancestors and loved ones who have passed on and are honored during the “Day of the Dead” celebrations held throughout Mexico the first two days of November. Hand-made in Oaxaca, Mexican by local artisans.
