I would never recommend you purchase anything from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes from them online which two months ago they listed as in stock and available, shipping within 10 days. They charged my AMEX immediately and two months later still they have not shipped. I get random emails from them stating they are transparent, blaming this on the UK shipping process. But you should NEVER state items are in stock when they are not and you should NEVER charge someone for items that are not custom made until they are shipped. This is simply wrong.

Always a pleasure to shop at Trends and Traditions! I had a cuff bracelet that I somehow lost a diamond on. Left it and within days had an estimate on replacing it! Also saw a really cute blouse, but not in my size; that afternoon Kelly texted to let me know her rep was sending one and I picked it up - excellent service!
